We offer comprehensive tele-health mental health services, including mental health evaluations, medication management, and therapy for adults ages 18 years and older. With a focus on empowerment and collaboration, we provide a safe and supportive environment for patients to navigate their mental health journey with confidence and resilience.
A comprehensive assessment to understand mental health concerns, symptoms, and history. It typically involves gathering information about the individual's current symptoms, medical history, family history, social support system, and any previous treatments or therapies they may have received. The evaluation helps to formulate a diagnosis, develop a treatment plan, and provide appropriate support and interventions tailored to the individual's needs.
Involves a review of an individual's response to psychiatric medications prescribed for their mental health symptoms. During the follow-up appointment, the provider assesses the individual's symptoms, side effects, and overall well-being to determine the effectiveness of the current medication regimen.
Included in medication management appointments. A collaborative treatment approach between a therapist and an individual or group to address emotional, behavioral, or psychological challenges. Through structured conversations and evidence-based techniques, psychotherapy aims to help individuals gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, develop coping strategies, and work towards personal growth and well-being.
