Rod's career in mental health and wellness has spanned nearly 25 years, beginning in 2002.  Over that time, he has worked across a wide range of roles and settings, including case management, individual and group psychotherapy, crisis and serious mental illness evaluations, emergency nursing, and psychiatric practice.  These experiences have shaped a clinical approach that is humanistic at its core--grounded in empathy, respect, collaboration, and an understanding of each patient as a whole person.
